Article 1

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "agg777," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the agg777 online gaming platform accessible at agg777.cam and all associated subdomains and services.

• "Wallet" means the virtual credit balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Article 2

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the agg777 Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. agg777 employs technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts may be suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be voided.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify agg777 promptly of any changes. agg777 may refuse Account registration or suspend an existing Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Article 3

Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification Requirements

Before agg777 permits Real Money Play or processes any withdrawal from a Player's Wallet, the Player must complete identity verification by submitting the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document — acceptable documents include the Philippine Statistics Authority National ID (PhilSys ID), UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID), Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office, or Philippine Passport.
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding their submitted identification document, taken at the time of submission.
• A proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate, where the submitted ID does not include a current address.

3.2 Enhanced Due Diligence

For Accounts that reach specified deposit or withdrawal thresholds, agg777 may require enhanced due diligence documentation, including but not limited to: source of funds declarations, bank statements, proof of employment or income, or other supporting financial documentation. This requirement is consistent with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance obligations applicable to Philippine gaming operators.

3.3 Verification Timelines

Standard KYC verification at agg777 is completed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of the Player submitting complete and satisfactory documentation. Players will be notified of their verification status via their registered email address. agg777 is not liable for any delay in a Player's ability to make withdrawals arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submission.

Article 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

agg777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). agg777 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion costs, where incurred by the Player through their payment provider, are the Player's sole responsibility.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at agg777 is PHP 100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos) per transaction. agg777 does not charge deposit processing fees for GCash or PayMaya transactions. Fees charged by a Player's own bank or payment provider in connection with a deposit are entirely the responsibility of the Player.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed in accordance with the following timelines: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within an average of fifteen (15) minutes for transactions up to PHP 100,000; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours for requests submitted between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM PST on banking days; InstaPay transfers for amounts below PHP 50,000 are processed in real time subject to interbank system availability; PESONet transfers settle on the next available banking settlement cycle.

4.4 Withdrawal to Source

For anti-money laundering compliance purposes, agg777 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawals via Visa or Mastercard credit card are not permitted — Players who deposited via card must register a GCash wallet or Philippine bank account as their designated withdrawal method prior to requesting a withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits

Standard daily withdrawal limits and enhanced limits for VIP tier Players are published in the agg777 platform's Account Settings and Promotions pages. agg777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed standard thresholds, including requests for source of funds documentation.

Article 5

Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional offers made available on the agg777 Platform are subject to these general conditions and to any specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, as published on the agg777 Promotions page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between general bonus conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before the Bonus Funds or any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements at agg777 are between twenty (20) times and thirty (30) times the bonus amount received. Wagering progress is tracked in the Player's Account dashboard in real time.

5.3 Game Contributions to Wagering

Not all games at agg777 contribute equally toward meeting a Bonus wagering requirement. By default, slot games contribute 100% of each wager placed toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and poker — contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Sports betting wagers contribute at the rate specified in sportsbook promotion terms, typically requiring minimum odds on each selection.

5.4 Bonus Validity Period

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be claimed within the period specified in the promotion terms and wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the Bonus being credited. Unclaimed bonuses and any remaining Bonus Fund balances after the validity period expires are automatically forfeited without compensation.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

agg777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close any Account, where it determines in its reasonable judgment that a Player or group of Players has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: hedging bets to exploit bonus terms, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, exploiting promotion loopholes, or any other strategy designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine wagering intent.

Article 6

Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Random Number Generation

All agg777 Platform games that utilise automated outcomes — including slots, digital table games, bingo, and arcade games — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and arcade game titles are published within the respective game's information panel. Live dealer games at agg777 operate with physical decks, wheels, and dice under studio conditions that are independently audited.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a software, communication, or hardware malfunction that results in an incomplete game round, the affected round will be voided and the wager for that round will be returned to the Player's Wallet. agg777 is not liable for any winnings that would have arisen from a completed game round that was interrupted by a malfunction. agg777 shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by a Player as a result of technical failures beyond agg777's reasonable control.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the agg777 Platform. Specific limits for each game and game variant are displayed within the game interface prior to play. agg777 reserves the right to alter bet limits at any time without prior notice.

Article 7

Sportsbook Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

agg777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the agg777 sportsbook at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: bets placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting is not offered; bets placed based on obvious pricing errors; or bets that agg777 determines constitute unusual or suspicious betting activity.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Sportsbook bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed by agg777 and the official result, the official result shall prevail. agg777 reserves up to seventy-two (72) hours following the conclusion of an event to settle markets where official result confirmation is delayed.

7.3 Sabong and Local Markets

agg777 offers betting markets on sabong (cockfighting) and other Philippine domestic sports and entertainment events where such markets are legally permissible. Specific rules and settlement procedures for sabong markets are published separately in the agg777 Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time at agg777's sole discretion. Bets accepted during a market suspension period are voided and the stake returned. agg777 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific event.

Article 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the agg777 Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law or the laws of the jurisdiction from which the Player accesses the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the agg777 Platform or Wallet.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised mechanism to access or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, error, or loophole in the Platform for financial gain.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with agg777.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals for funds legitimately credited to your Wallet.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while you know or have reason to believe that you are excluded from gambling services in the Philippines.

Article 9

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by agg777

agg777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where agg777 reasonably determines that: the Player has breached these Terms; the Player has provided false registration information; the Player's activity raises Anti-Money Laundering concerns; the Account is being used for prohibited conduct; or the Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

9.2 Player-Initiated Closure

A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting agg777 support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, agg777 will process the closure within forty-eight (48) hours. Any verified Wallet balance at the time of closure request will be returned to the Player's designated withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and any applicable pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, a Player loses access to all Platform services, all Bonus Fund balances are forfeited, and all pending promotional rewards are cancelled. A Player who has self-excluded may not re-register on the agg777 Platform until the self-exclusion period has expired in full.

10.2 Player Protection Tools

agg777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time through Account Settings:

• Net Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the net amount you may lose across all Platform games.

• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net position during the session.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property rights embodied in the agg777 Platform, including the agg777 brand name, are the property of agg777 or its licensors and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or create derivative works based on any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of agg777 intellectual property may result in Account suspension and civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Article 12

Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability

agg777 endeavours to provide continuous, uninterrupted Platform access but does not guarantee uptime. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond agg777's reasonable control including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government-ordered service restrictions.

12.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, agg777's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Excluded Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agg777 shall not be liable for: loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, regardless of whether agg777 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.4 Player's Own Risk

All gaming and betting activity on the agg777 Platform is conducted at the Player's own risk. agg777 does not guarantee any winnings and does not accept liability for any gambling-related financial losses incurred by Players. Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that they may lose all funds wagered.

Article 13

Privacy & Data Protection

agg777 collects, uses, and processes personal information provided by Players in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and agg777's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the agg777 Privacy Policy. A copy of the Privacy Policy is available at agg777.cam/privacy-policy. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. agg777 may share Player data with third parties where required by Philippine law, including for AMLA compliance, regulatory reporting, and fraud prevention purposes.

Article 14

Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and agg777 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting agg777 support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14.3 Complaints Procedure

Players who wish to raise a formal complaint about agg777's services should submit their complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the complaint. agg777 will acknowledge the complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

Article 15

Amendments to These Terms

agg777 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, agg777 will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the agg777.cam Platform for no less than seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect. Your continued use of the agg777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Article 9.2 above.
